QUALITY & COMPLIANCE
Quality Assurance
Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in
arts education through rigorous quality management and
continuous improvement.
The Academy maintains a comprehensive quality management system aligned with European Standards and Guidelines (ESG) for higher education. Our system includes regular internal audits, stakeholder feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement processes that ensure academic programs meet the highest standards of excellence.
All academic programs undergo periodic review cycles involving external evaluators, industry experts, and student representatives. Evaluation criteria include curriculum relevance, learning outcomes, teaching quality, student support services, and graduate employment rates.
We track key performance indicators across academic achievement, research output, student satisfaction, internationalization, and financial sustainability. Annual benchmarking against peer institutions drives targeted improvements.
Comprehensive student feedback is collected each semester through anonymous surveys covering course content, teaching effectiveness, facilities, and support services. Results inform policy and curriculum decisions.
The Academy invites external review panels every five years to assess institutional effectiveness. These panels include international experts in arts education, governance, and quality assurance.
